Flat Mate
We also rent out rooms by the month at $800/month. This also includes all utilities and use of amenities, but you will have a flat mate. Each room is completely furnished and move in ready. Your kitchen and living room would be shared with your flat mate. You can find your own flat mate or we can find one for you.

Basement Apartment 2 Bed 1 Bath
Click to See Basement ApartmentThese units are fully furnished and come with all the necessities utilities and use of amenities just as the others, but are located on the basement level. We charge$1350/month for the entire apartment or $700/month for a flat mate option.
